Pandora Jewelry

This location is in an upscale outdoor mall, so of course the store is beautiful and always really clean. But the factor that can’t be controlled even in an upscale location is the experience with the sales person. I have been assisted by Jessica each time I have visited this store. She is always very friendly and attentive and she always recognizes me. That is important to customers. She is a very significant factor in my positive experience in this store!

My sales associate Jessica was a doll. She took time with me and my mother to see what variety of jewelry we were most interested in and she was super friendly and very resourceful.

Melanie was very nice. Although I didn’t know what I wanted, she helped me without getting upset. I wouldn’t want to deal with anyone else.

I called the store prior to arriving and the sales associate place the item I inquired about on hold. When I arrived the item was quickly located and it was the exact item I called about. The level of customer service and knowledge of the associate was amazing. I will definitely return in the future.

I was greeted when I walked in the door. Didn't have to wait and the associate was able to take me right to what I wanted. The store was neat and clean. The friendly atmosphere make my visit very nice.
