Anyshka and Alashley were both incredibly friendly and fast to help find what I needed. They contacted their manager trying to find out a out the jewelry box that was not in and were helpful the entire visit.

The staff was very friendly from the moment I opened the door. They easily found the charm I was looking for. I also asked for my bracelet to be cleaned and they happily did this and even suggested ways to store my bracelet while not in use.

Great Service

I have not been out due to illness in 11/2020-2021. The Pandora store was my first "in-store" shopping since the pandemic began. From the moment I walked in the door with my mask on, Jocelyn asked if she could help me with anything or find something in particular. After saying yes and explaining the gift I was looking for, Jocelyn was extremely helpful, friendly, funny, caring, and knowledgeable!! I could not have asked for a better experience, especially since the last Pandora store I was in was 2018/19 and I went to the location first, and it was no longer there. Jocelyn informed me of the Free Bracelet event which caused me to walk out of the store with the intentional gift, something for myself, my mother, and the free bracelet!! I told her I would visit again next month to do better at filling my new bracelet. Thx Jocelyn/Pandora.
