I went inside the store uncertain in getting what I wanted, but with the assistance and suggestion of the sales associate I decided on the two items she put together. She was very helpful.

I got great explanation on the phone before I got there. When I arrived everyone was very nice. my rep Romina was very patient and kind. Professionalism was exceptional at this store.

I got to Pandora at a time it was quite busy but regardless, I was able to get some help from the friendly sales associates who hastily attended to me, retrieved the product I wished to purchase and helped me with payment. Additionally, the information given post-purchase was extremely detailed and helped me understand all aspects of the purchase including returns and/or exchanges, product warranty, feedback, and promotions.
