The store seemed tight to walk in, and small, would’ve preferred a larger area so I could see more possible charms and items

The store was small and the layout made it difficult to navigate with a wheelchair. The location is not very accessible. Additionally, a number of the items I was interested in looking at were out of stock.

Although I had a 10$ off coupon from completing a survey it didn't apply to my purchase! On my receipt it shows that the sales person enter the coupon number, but on my transaction receipt I paid the full price and I found out when I was at home and check my receipt.

There was some miscommunication around the ability to exchange the item I purchased. Once addressed it was quickly corrected and explained and the issue was resolved.
