I had a problem redeeming a gift receipt that was originally from merchandise that was returned because it was damaged. When I was trying to make a new purchase, the sales lady forgot to use my card. When I tried to correct the problem Maudlyn at the Fairview Mall in Kitchener was most efficient and corrected the problem immediately.
