I love jewellry and so really enjoy the jewellry. I love the variety and different pieces of jewellry that are available. I've done really well buying some of your retired products and treasure my pieces..

they took the time to show me and reccoment things as i wasnt sure what i wanted... very helpful also cleaned my bracklet

The staffs are well trained. The charms are amazing. The staffs are polite and nice.

The sales gal is super knowledgeable and wears much Pandora jewellery which is a great advertisement. She was encouraging to my daughter and helped her to choose a ring she was looking at The store is very clean and well organized, the sales personnel kept track of who was next in line to be served, which was appreciated.

the selection of items was amazing. the friendliness of associate is appreciable but the ring i bought (was amazing) but its quality was terrible in only two hours of wearing three stones dropped. :( i really loved the ring but had to return it.

I went into Pandora for my first time to build a bracelet with my husband as this is going to be his birthday gift to me. Not only did Sandra show me all of the bracelets I was interested in but she took the time to review through some charms I liked and go through alternative options. She built bracelets with me, let me try on the two bracelets I was interested in, and brought out a third that has 14K gold in the clasp that I saw in a display. I ended up leaving with that bracelet even though I didn’t intend on getting that style, because it was so beautiful with the charms we chose. (And because there was the $75 bracelet credit!) Her patience, friendliness and overall excellent customer service made a good first Pandora experience for me. I will definitely be returning to Pandora in the future based on my first experience - thank you so much for your help Sandra!

I really enjoy shopping at Pandora at Fairview Park Mall. It's a beautiful store that has nicely displayed jewellery.

Staff is great and of course the jewellery is awesome. Just loved it
