I had to wait about 5 minutes to be assisted as there was a sale that weekend and the store was very busy. Once being assisted, by the sweetest sales associate (I believe her name was Shania) my shopping experience was TOP NOTCH! Shania helped me pick out 2 charms and was very knowledgeable on price. Will definitely be back to make Christmas purchases!

The main reason is, there was a Charm with Daughter on it, that I was going to buy, until the Sales Girl changed the price. The book that she scanned with the price's of merchandise from Pandora said a price she quoted to me, then said the book price is wrong, the price has gone up, by $10.00 ( I believe. ) That's not right. I should have been able to buy the Charm for the price in the book ! So, I didn't buy it. You lost a Sale. My daughter died a year ago, so I really wanted the Charm, but it was the principle involved. Putting up the price, with no proof, just the Sales Girl's word. I've worked in Sales, my whole life & we always honoured the price shown. This practice should not be allowed. Very sad, I didn't get that Charm. Lori MacDuff

I went in with my niece. The sales associate immediately made eye contact and spoke to my niece asking her how she could help her. I was the one shopping for new charms and was not spoken to or approached. It was assumed that my niece was the shopper and not me. I was not wearing makeup nor jewelry and was dressed in jeans and a plaid shirt. After my niece left the store, I asked the sales associate about a rose gold charm. I did make a purchase of charms totalling $314. I was dismayed that the sales associates assumed I was not a valid shopper because of my age and appearance.

Did not have the sizes I wanted in the essence bracelets. Kind of unfortunate, because it was the morning of black Friday promotion. Obviously the store was not prepared if the sizes were not available on the early morning of black Friday.

It was clear that the sales associate did not have great people skills as well as she could care less to go above and beyond for customer service. I would hope that she was just having a bad day but if not she's caused me to not want to return to this Pandora. In my past purchases at Pandora the sales associate would check the overstock to give me a ring that has not yet been opened or touched by customers this sales associate refused to even attempt to do so. She answered with its the "last" one.

I walked into pandora looking for a Clip in the shape of a letter. They promptly told me they do not exist and showed me a few options. I needed a clip and settled on one I kind of liked since they said they don’t make them in shape of letters... looking through your booklet it seems you do they clearly just didn’t have it and wanted to make a sale. Very unsatisfied!

One of the earring stubs I bought is already tarnished when I got it from the store. And they didn’t exchange a better quality one for me saying they don’t have any in storage. But I saw a pair being displayed in their counter. I’m very disappointed by the service. Will definitely not go back
