Assistant manager was rude. Made me feel as if I was lying to her. She couldn't find 2 other return transactions from the same defective product purchased in June 2017. Finally found original purchase but not the returns. Blamed it on previous management. I don't care whose fault it was. The gift was sentimental. I will not return to the store again. Did not appreciate her attitude. Issue was resolved.
