Only one other customer in store. Was greeted from way behind the register. When I told her what I was in for she promptly came out to help me. After a few minutes she was able to find it. The other customer in the store was looking for the same item. It must not have been on display. She purchased the same item as me.

The store was very clean and the customer service was fantastic. The size that was recommended was a fit. The options of the brackets was much to take in but with the help of the worker it made it less difficult to make a decision.

I visited today to purchase a promise rings for my boyfriend and Kirsti S provided top tier service for me by helping me find the perfect ring which my boyfriend absolutely loves.

I was not highly impressed with your return policy. The jewelry products are expensive. I purchased a diamond bracelet and one of the studs came out. Not sure if it came out after getting it cleaned in your store. I just had gotten it inspected in your store. After I made another purchase. Upon returning home to take off my jewelry is when I noticed my diamond had fallen out. When I called the store, it was told the bracelet was over a year old. I say it fell out after it was cleaned due to just having it cleaned.
