They were so busy I couldn't be helped. I waited twenty minutes for someone to help us and then they didn't know how to apply the discounts so we waited for someone to come help. I understand things are busy but I was not even greeted or touched base with.

Why because the sales person did not show me the free selection of bracelets she showed me the high priced bracelets and the sign said buy anything over 125 and get a free bracelets I never received it I paid for it

Nobody greeted us it took over 30 mins for anyone to say we a be with you then when was help they just keeps leaving us to the point I didn’t want the bracket

Took a month to finally get an exchange of defective earrings. Four employees supposedly were working on the exchange no one knew what was going on, or the employee did not follow through and nothing was accomplished.

Spent a lot of money! The quality of merchandise is very poor, Started a trend of buying for my daughter each Holiday but all of the charms started looking very cheap and faded

While being there to purchase a specific new charm (which they did not have), I asked if my bracelet could be cleaned, the associate took my bracelet to clean it, which for some reason took longer than usual. After getting my bracelet back it appeared tarnished and had discoloration on all of my charms, I told the manager Nick about this where he claimed he would personally clean my bracelet to try to make it right, when he just passed it off to another sales associate. It’s extremely frustrating as this is not an old bracelet and now it looks tarnished.

Very rude sales person. Didn’t seem like she wanted to be there, nor did she seem like she wanted to help my husband and I. No eye contact. Never again would I return to this location!

my in store experience was great but my on line experience was horrible I never received my items I was promised it by mothers day.i was placed on hold for an hour and a half still nobody called me back I haven't talked to anyone and my order was 150 dollars .I'm very upset I am a loyal pandora shopper and for not one person to answer my call its horrible

They told me a pandora bracelet wasn’t from there. A man not my sales associate buts in and added his sarcasm in. And lastly as I double checked my receipt I was OVERLY charged a huge amount on my credit card.
