I gave the person who was helping me explicit detail into what I wanted. She instantly went into sales mode. I wanted charms dealing with the Leo, music symbols are lion related. Instead of saying I don’t have them she kept trying to get me to buy elephant charms or movie director charms or charms from other zodiac signs. My spouse and I got so annoyed that we just ended both wanting to hurry out the store. Listening to the customer instead of trying to push products is very important!!!! The charm bracelet is supposed to right fit your personality and I feel that just trying to push anything is disrespectful to the Pandora experience!!!!

There is a sign on the door saying that 10 people is not some capacity, which is fine, The associate told me that they were currently at and I said passing in the wait outside which is fine, when about 4 people left the store the associate did not come and get me until about seven people left the store. I felt like I was waiting longer than I should have because I guess the store is tiny but I could count but there wasn’t 10 people in there. So when the associate told me they were at capacity they really weren’t

I have bought a total of three brackets and tons of charms. Took my daughter in law to get charms for her special bracelet I bought her. Needless to say, once we said what we were looking for, the girl was very unprofessional. She got it out, showed us quickly and went looking for spin stoppers. She said ok let me ring you up. I said can I see the dumbo charm I’m purchasing before I buy it please. She held it up real quick and then I said can I please see it! It was very rude to think that people just come in there as dollar signs and she was very quite and rude. If I’m spending 100.00+ dollars on jewelry, I expect to see what I’m buying without having to ask or treated like I’m going to run away with it. For this real son, I think we will stick to the charms we have and not spend no more money at this store. That’s really bad business and I’m sorry that they had an employee that would cost them so much money! Next time, I will go to a different jewelry store all together. Thank you

I found out after getting home and preparing to do this survey and looking at rings on the website, that the ring that was on sale was a final sale purchase. I feel the person who showed me the ring and the person that rang me up should have shared this information with me.I usually only make purchases when Iam totally informed on the situation surrounding the item.

The store manager, Nick, was very pushy as he was trying to convince me to spend $45 more to meet the sale requirements. I strictly came in to purchase a gift for a friend (as I told the manager) yet he asked more than 3 times if I was "sure" I didn't want to purchase anything else. I said every time that I was only in to buy my friend a charm for her bracelet and was not interested in making any other purchases. He claimed that Pandora "doesn't do any sales like this" and that it was "rare", when in fact I KNOW that Pandora does sales of that kind fairly often. I left angry and annoyed and I will not be returning to that store to purchase gifts or anything for myself. I will purchase elsewhere.

No one greeted me when I visited. Three people were behind the counter talking to each other and could have helped me. A staff member who was helping someone else finally helped me when she finished with her client.

I received a Mothers Day gift from daughter out of state-sent through main Pandora.net site. It was a petite charm neatly packaged in a box. It was a duplicate so my plan was to exchange it for another petite charm. That did happen BUT instead of packaging it in a small clear mini-package that held the petite charm in the box-which is how I brought my item in-I was given my same box with the petite charm thrown loose in it under a piece of foam. I asked the clerk if I could have it packed just like I brought mine in--she said NO!!! Sloppy handling and an I don't care attitude--I have purchased items inside your Franklin Park store before and was not treated like this. Maybe because it was an exchange?? a different attitude prevails?? not a good look for Pandora

We chose the Precious Prince 791959. We got home and realized the Precious Princess was placed in the box. Now we will have to drive the 50 minutes back to return/exchange it.

Knowledge of product. I specifically told the associate I was looking for beads for the earrings with the barrel. I purchased two of the same, came home, and they wouldn’t fit. Upon calling the store, I was told I could only use the beads that don’t twist on. So, why wasn’t that stated the first time? That tells me that you put a much higher priority on just getting the sale than you do customer service. Not cool! Makes me wonder if the quality of the product is no longer a high priority either. Hmmmmm.

Well my sales associates was not very friendly and she was distracted with what was going on in the store to help. I felt I was rushed, also they didn't have the sign I needed. She then told me to just buy it and her bring it back to get a bigger sign. When she was showing me the charms she was uninterested in helping me because I kept asking how much it was.
