My sales associate did not know about the jewelry or sales going on. I also had to wait a while before being even acknowledged in the store. It was very crowded with little to no walking room.

Associate would only pick what she wanted to show me. I usually look at a tray or two and ask to look at the ones I think my wife would like. She has a big collection and I look for charms that compliment what she has She also was more interested in me spe ding enough to get the free jewelry box, even after i told her i wasn't interested.

When arriving at the store I was not greeted. I was trying to ask how much a bead was and the associate was not aware of the prices and said that they were out of it. When clearly it was in the case in front of me. He seemed bothered by my presence.

The sales associates were very rude and did not acknowledge us when we walked in as they did for some other guests. I was made to feel in the way.

Called the prior and asked that a particular size bracelet be held, upon arrival I was told they no longer had it. Asked to speak to sales associate Wendy, who would not come out and speak with me and after 20 minutes of looking at other merchandise the bracelet appears.

I went in to purchased 2 rings as accent pieces for my engagement ring one was the correct size and the other was in the wrong size container and sales would not let me exchange it

I brought my girlfriend to the Franklin park mall store to pick out a promise ring we found the one she wanted the sales associate rang us up I paid but never received a box for the ring she insisted on her wearing the ring out but my girlfriend said she wanted a box but never got a box she handed us the receipt and said have a good day now that is very rude and she was snobby and kept insisting I buy a cleaning kit when I told her 3 times I did not want a cleaning kit

The sale associated messed my whole order up she tried fixing it made the problem worst I became restless I gave up and decided to get a refund

I placed an order for a pair of earrings, the site told me that the earrings were in stock and when I went to pick then up, the store associate acted very irritated and told me that my order was not ready yet. I told her that I didn't mind waiting and she took 10 minutes looking for my earrings. After 10 minutes, she finally told me that they lost the 6 pair that they had and I was made to pick out a different pair.
