We came into the store knowing what my granddaughter wanted. The sale associate did take the time to find what we wanted but was less than happy about it. She handed the ring to my granddaughter and checked us out - we had to ask for a box and bag. It’s not the normal level we have come to expect from Pandora.

Associate misquoted the price then incorrectly rang up my daughters ring and didn’t catch it til she rang up her friends ring that $10 more! Then she proceeded to return and erring at the higher price to charge me the higher price. I understand mistakes but this one she made it and the young girls were spending their own money! As a store manager myself I would never recharge the guest for my mistake!! The manager put her code in and didn’t even ask why??

The sales associate was nice, but not knowledgeable on sizing help and wasn’t able to answer my questions. Maybe she was new???

Kayla the sale rep that was helping me, was very nice and helpful. I was there 2 weeks prior and was not happy the way the male sales person was with me and my daughter. He was very short and very irritated. We left and didn’t buy anything. I came back and had a nice sales person named Kayla. Very nice and kind. The male sales person was there as well and still was rude to other customers. He will be there reason I won’t be back to buy charms or rings. I’ll walk back out like I did two weeks ago.

The sales associate wasn't very knowledgeable. It took her a long time to look up prices. She didn't go out of her way to make me feel like my sale was important.

I came into the store seeking a small gift for a friend at around $50. When I let the sales associate know about this, I was just given a catalog book to look around without much guidance. It was uncomfortable and awkward and I could have just stayed at home and shopped online. She didn't mention if anything was on sale/near my price point, or even let me know the range of items that would have matched my price point. I ended up buying a bracelet quickly because it was so uncomfortable an experience. Likely will not return to the store and save shopping for online...

the gurl there looks like she is less experienced and she didnt recommend me or showed me varities or in that store by franklin park mall they dont have wide variety i have no idea
