Prices are costly that’s it. I love the items you sell but I can never get out of the store for under $100.

Because there is always room for improvement.

I was shopping for an 18th bday charm. There was only 1 to chose from. I did get it but wished there were a few more to chose from.

There are no Looney Toon charms. I'm a huge Tweety Bird fan and would love to be able to find something like that in the store.

I was shown and given what I asked for, nothing more outside of that period.

Sales associate showed me add-on product in catalog rather than pulling out product until I asked to see it. Not too familiar with prices. Not sure how long she has worked with Pandora. She was nice and has potential.

Three chosen charms not in stock

There was a promotion where as every $100 spent, I received $65 off a ring. I spent well over $200 - closer to )300. and wanted $130 off of the shell cameo ring that sold for $180. I was more than willing to pay the difference. Now I have two rings I didn’t really want and do not have the ring I wanted.

Ignored and customers that came in after me were greeted and taken care of before I was.
