Store is way too small for all the people in there

I had picked out multiple charms beforehand and not 1 was available and/or the sales associate didn’t know if it was available. I left the store with a purchase for my Mom but not with any of the charms that I wanted. Being I picked out multiple different ones for that reason of some possibly being sold out, I didn’t think all that I had picked out wouldn’t be available.

Store was really congested.

The salesperson was very active in recommending the products I didn't need, which made me feel very stressed. The salesperson mistakenly thought that my friend was my boyfriend and joked to let him pay. I feel very embarrassed.

This stuff is way overpriced and the staff is a bit aloof, but my wife and neices love this stuff, so what can you do?

I feel since the remodel the store is not easy to move in. And the charms were not all displayed only the new ones were

Wanted gold items, the pieces were too expensive. Did not understand the bracelet I chose only can use the SHINES. So was only able to purchase 1 additional item. .

Took a while before someone said anything to me. Normally I would have not cared but this time I was pressed for time and everyone seemed to be either talking to a customer or to a associate. The associate that helped me was friendly but when I asked her questions she really didn't know how to answer it. I asked her if this was real rose gold and she said people ask her all time and she doesn't know how to answer that. That seems most people ask this question and she doesn't seem to answer it right. Isn't there training on products? I liked the necklace enough to just buy it but I did keep thinking about is it rose gold. I hope it is.

I had my pandora ring for less then 4 months and a gem fell out of it. When you pay over $100 for a piece of jewelry you expect it to be nice. I

Everyone was nice. The store is smaller than the one thatbwe usually go to, so seemed crowded and couldn't see all that we wanted to see. But overall, our experience there was good and would go back. Our salesperson was very nice. But Gabbi was very talkative and helpful.
