Because I purchased my bead my bracelet on Friday The sales girl put it on for me when I got home that night it came off by it self so I got in a put it back on now on Monday after purchasing it over the weekend it’s not on my bracelet I called the store and they said there’s nothing they can do about it which I believe something was wrong with it in the beginning that’s why came out the first time So I am not satisfied with that because I believe something was wrong with it anyway $45 going down the drain that hurts I bought that with some birthday money I got trying to wait to spend it on something special and I don’t have that special crown clear CZ bead So is that it hurts my heart because I believe it was defective why did it come off for no reason my ladybug is still on So I believe something was wrong with the snap on the bead that’s why it came off So now I’m afraid to purchase anything else to put on it it’s one of the new bracelets that my son bought me for Christmas afraid to wear it anymore So I look at it is your store fault I didn’t bring it home to put it on the sales lady put it on it the store for me I’m hurt!!

I went in looking for spacers and the selection was low. I had to have a couple spacers because my charms were always falling off so I had to settle with what they had.

My experience was good. I had to buy a late Christmas present for a friend and I was in and out.

You have your annual sale right after Christmas and the things you put on sale are sold out by the time your into the second day of your sale, very frustrating.

Lots of items I was looking for was out of stock.

I was satisfied with my vivsit. But it was a little frustrating that they only allowed three customers in at a time. I waited because there were only three people ahead of me.
