Friendly, very helpful

The customer service was amazing, my sales lady knew exactly what I wanted. The quality of the charms are lovely for the price. I never have to wait for service when i enter the store.

I was highly satisfied with the workers helping me find exactly what I wanted and was looking for and recommended me to things that went well with my purchase. I was also satisfied with how fast the service was, especially since there were a lot of people in the store.

I placed an order online for a charm and bracelet for my 25th anniversary. When I arrived to pick-up only the charm was in my order, the website said it was at the store, but not in stock at the store. The associate said she thinks one just came in. It had and she sold it to me, with the 10% discount I had received online. And she did a great job giftwrapping it.

Our sales rep Clara was SO sweet! She was genuine, very knowledgeable, and so incredibly helpful! Listened to what I was shopping for, and gave so many great options! The other two sales reps in there at the time were also so very nice & friendly!

Nicholas always has great customer service! He never fails me.

Overall just great. Only reason I wouldn’t shop at this store in 90 days is because I live out of state. Otherwise I’d definitely shop here again

I went in there to pick up an online order and all three workers were incredibly friendly. I was actually on my way to pick up jewelry at JCPenney‘s, but ended up returning it because the quality was not there. They were so friendly at Pandora I actually went back for a second time and purchased a pair of earrings. Ally was fantastic and so nice. 100/10 best customer service. This is my first time purchasing at Pandora and will definitely be back. Keep up the good work!
