Ive been in person shopping a few times recently and the reluctance of staff to show you more than one charm is like pulling teeth. I understand with pandemic it limits, but have been disappointed in the willingness of staff to offer more suggestions. Seem lazy

There were charms that we seen in the book but was out of stock in store. I ran into this same problem during the holiday but did not expect to have the same problem months down the line.

Service was hurried. Hard to view items...constantly leaving me to pull out trays. However the sales assistant was lovely and extremely patient and helpful. The accessibility of merchandise was not her fault. Inventory was picked over and many items out of stock.

I went to get my jewelry cleaned and everyone was very prompt and friendly and didn’t stop helping until I decided what I wanted. Very good experience.

When I arrived I was greeted and immediately helped I was indecisive on some thing but sales rep made decision making much easier

Store too small, didn’t have what I wanted.
