associate chose not to take accountability that another associate told her pricing when i was a witness of the conversation. she seemed indifferent even when i told her that I heard the other associate tell her what she needed not to forget to do. when myself as a customer told her that yes in fact she did tell you, she offensively told me "well she didn't tell me" and proceeded to roll her eyes. what i didn't like about the associate that was helping me (Nikkia A - 210046) was a blatant sign of disrespect as if i wasn't aware of the conversation. there was no apology and as i continued to monitor during her other customer interactions she seemed to carry a hasteful mannerism.

When I first entered that store, there was a young lady that looked right at me, but did not greet me nor serve me. She walked past me several times and at one point was braiding her hair while looking in the mirror. I heard another associate ask if I’d been helped. That associate helped me and was very kind. She apologizes for the wait. Her name was Jennifer K.
