the display of the merchandise caught my eyes right away, and when I went to take a closer look inside the store, I found all the help and assistance I needed. the nice smile on the faces over there makes you feel comfortable going around the store and encourage you to buy and of course this experience will lead me to come back

Gaby was extremely helpful and helped me put together a beautiful bracelet. He also cleaned the one I was wearing. Both he and another sales associate noticed that one of the charms on the bracelet I had cleaned had a stone missing and exchanged it for me! I was thrilled! I'm a flight attendant and know good customer service when I see it. Thank you for a great experience.

Had a crack in my ring and the sales girl was so sweet and friendly. She immediately replaced it for me! I didn’t have to leave it for repair or pay to have it repaired. My son was with me and he is going back tomorrow to make a couple purchases for his girlfriend. He was amazed you all just replaced it for me because he knows how much I love Pandora.
