With the shopping season in full swing, the store was busy, yet they had an organized system of taking care of the costumers needs. When it was my turn, I did not feel rushed to decide on my purchase (although others were waiting) she took her time and was positive and at ease while assisting me. It was a very pleasant shopping venture!

I choose 3 charms for gifts and I know they will enjoy the charms at Christmas time. The sale associate was helpful and cleaned my Pandora bracelet. The store was clean and in order.

The associates acknowledged me soon as I entered the store. She asked me what I had in mind and went right to the perfect products and I returned the next day to purchase items that the associate had shown me at my previous visit.
