I was highly satisfied with the sales associate that assisted me with my charm purchase and the cleaning of my bracelet,charms and rings.

I walked in and was immediately greeted. I was able to see examples of new jewelry, unique and interesting combinations of charms and bracelets as well as rings, necklaces, and bracelets. I purchased an Essence Affection bangle gift set along with an Essence Friendship charm to add to my collection.

The store was immaculate and very well organized. The girl that helped me was outstanding. She was knowledgeable of all product and very personable!

Store was not crowded and did not have a long wait to be served. Due to next day after the Shine collection was released - all pieces I wanted were in stock.

I always like shopping at Pandora stores. The salespersons are always friendly and waiting to assist. They offer suggestions that I never thought about. I could shop there everyday if I had the funds. Lol I can't say enough. I love the quality!
