Pandora Jewelry

It was my first time in a pandora store. The staff, Gabbie at the Franklin Park Toledo location was very knowledgeable, friendly and fun. She assisted me quickly and professionally once she knew what I was looking for. She also recognized me when I came back to the store several days later with a question and assisted me with another purchase.

Once we walked in we were greeted by Nicholas. He wasn’t too pushy for us to buy something. He let us take our time to look and once we needed him he came right to us. He worked with us and was very respectful. You could tell he enooyes his job. Next time I go to the Toledo mall I will definitely hope he is there.

Very comfortable with sales person knowledge of merchandise. Rose jewelry new to me and really liked. Enjoyed my experience with the Pandora jewelry as this was my first time looking at this type of jewelry.

My sales associate approached me right away and was able to show me the sale item I was interested in. I went into the store to see what items were 45% off and came out with a new bracelet and 3 beads. She new her products and gently and patiently showed me additional options.

I just wish there is a chair to sit down while waiting for sale associate

I went in to purchase hearts of Pandora hoops and they were available. They are stunning.

Beautiful Store at the Franklin Park Mall. Associates were very welcoming. Great selection of Pandora Charms!

Alicia helped me pick out a bracelet and 3 charms in memory of my mom. She was so helpful and friendly. I sure hope you value her she is a great asset to your company. She also informed me on how to save 10% using a Pandora charge card, I will be back.

The employee that helped me was very nice and she helped me with what I needed and she gave her opinion on which charm she thought I would like and she was completely right I love it.
