I found what I wanted (& more) and had a fun experience besides being treated to a great shopping experience. The sales associate/manager was helpful with showing me things I may not have seen and I did end up with a bracelet I didn't expect to really care for. They are always willing to show you everything you would like to see. The store is always very friendly and not pushy.

Nicholas has helped me the last 2 times I have came to pandora. He is very friendly and very knowledgeable about the merchandise. My last visited he helped me pick out the best bracelet for my mother

The sales associate was friendly and welcoming. She helped me find what i needed and helped me stay within my budget. It was a most pleasant experience.

I initially walked in to pick up a bracelet that was left there for cleaning. I was greeted by Evita. She was very pleasant and willing to get me taken care of. Some how in the mix of me getting my old bracelet back. I did inquire about the bangles. I had no intentions on making a purchase. But I did want to see these new open bangles. After seeing the bangles. I asked about different types of charms that would look nice with them. Keep in mind. My intentions were not to buy anything. A few things piqued my interest. So, now we have a bangle. 3 charms. Looking at stoppers. But once we opened the catalog. I feel in love with 3 pieces. Then she added two more pieces that made the bracelet pop! It was fun. Exciting. She even loved what we put together. And I walked out with no only my old bracelet (that was clean-looked brand new. That Evita also cleaned) with a new bangle with 5 beautiful charms. I call it September’s Own. Since it’s saphires, my libra sign, the moon and stars. She was pretty awesome.

The assistant was wonderful she immediately noticed one of my charms was broken and offered to replace it without any problems. Honestly it was so refreshing to experience such great customer service. unfortunately I can't remember her name.
