I came in already knowing what I wanted. The saleswoman Ashley was nice, friendly and very knowledgeable. She help me try on my new bracelet and recommended a few items that would look nice for my next visit.

Everyone was very helpful to me. Andre B. is a very good salesperson. Works well with the others, as well as being very knowledgeable even though he's new to the store. I did notice something once I got home. My receipt shows I paid $125.00 for my necklace. Apparently, the associates weren't noticed, as they quoted $120.00. I needed to buy something for $5.00 in order to receive the jewelry box, so I purchased a cleaning kit. Other than that, best store to buy my Pandora jewelry!!!

It was my first time getting a Pandora ring and they were very knowledgeable and helped me pick a ring to start wearing all the time. They were friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

I had rcvd a rose collection charm but no chain with it. I came in to get one, and they did not give a choice. The bag she took out had $70 on it but I was charged $100.00.

Customer service. Greeted with a smile and we got out the rings in my size.
