Coustmer service. The sales person was very pleasant and helpful. She seemed to enjoy her job. It's good to see in a day and age of bad customer service.

I was highly satisfied with my pandora purchase today because of the help I had from Graceann. She helped me pick something out with a lot of meaning and that is going to make the perfect gift. She knew her stuff and got me in and out just how I wanted it to go. She kept me on track and showed me what I was looking for instead of showing me everything else.
