Great customer service. Very polite. Very knowledgeable.

The associate was very friendly and helpful. When i told her what i wanted she went right to it . She was also patient with us.

The salesperson assisted me with what I asked and made a helpful suggestion that helped my purchase decision.

The selection was excellent even though it was right after Valentine’s Day. The sales associate was able to assist us almost immediately after entering the store. The sales associate was knowledgeable in what I was asking to see and adding items that I had not thought about.

The lady helping me was super nice and was patient with me. She helped me measure my finger and decide what ring I wanted for myself and was even nicer to my friend with replacing her ring for a new one!

The staff was very upbeat & friendly. My sales person was extremely helpful & more than happy to answer any questions. Everyone was energetic & appeared more than willing to help any way they could. The only thing that could be improved on is the size of the store. If there is a promotion going on, the store gets very crowded & it's not easy to move or look at the merchandise.

Everytime I've come into the store I'm greeted right away and the staff is always very friendly and courteous. I never feel rushed or pressured. They always do a great job cleaning my jewelry. Kathryn C has assisted me on several occasions and she always remembers me.
