Because the workers were very welcoming, nice, and helpful. I found everything I needed and I am very happy with my purchase. I will be sure to come back and purchase more in the near future.

Nicholas the manager helped me out today. I damaged my promise ring from pandora on a kayak trip and lost a stone. I go to exchange my ring in store and my name is nowhere to be found in file. (This is my second ring from pandora so idk how that happened) but nick the manager managed to “make sure everything was perfect for me” and he sure did. He replaced my ring without any name in file and filled out a correct account for me for future purchases.. I walked out of the store so relieved so have my original gorgeous ring back.

My sales girl was awesome I enjoy shopping at Pandora especially when you guys have a sale buy three items at 50% off I was able to Purchase a lot more charms for my bracelet with the sale and awesome
