Great customer Service :) was such an awesome help!

I went in to return some rings I purchased online, but the store manager kindly told me that online purchases need to be mailed back for return, and showed me how to do that. Then he went on to tell me that I can still make exchanges in store and showed me the selections I could make and made recommendations as I tried on different rings. He was extremely friendly as well as the other sales associate that was there. I was highly satisfied with my experience and the rings and earrings that I purchased.

I was highly pleased that I got the input from the salesperson Ally B. First of all, I did not know what to get and she gave me plenty of options based on my situation. She listened to my whole story even though I showed up after 8 pm and she was pleased to help me.

Nicholas S was incredibly friendly and attentive. He showed me exactly what I was looking for and helped me exchange a broken clasp. There was another woman there, I can’t remember her name but I believe it started with an M, she was also incredibly friendly and played with my infant daughter while I was picking out charms.

I was highly satisfied because I was not sure what I wanted when I came into the store and the store manager was able to find something for me that I loved. He knew what was on sale so he could get me the best prices and he recommended things for me that I liked. I love my new bracelet and I am thankful that I was able to find something on sale that I really like.

I was highly satisfied with my experience with Pandora because I was greeted quickly. I was explained why something couldn’t be replaced. That it was normal wear and tare. I got my charms cleaned quickly.
