The sales associate made us so comfortable. She was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable.

I appreciate the store manager Nick! He didn’t have the necklace that I wanted in stock and he called me and held one for me when they came in.

I went to the store for my cousin to purchase some earrings, so while waiting for her I found some that I liked and ended buying. I had never been to Pandora, frankly because I always believed that the jewelry was high priced but I was very pleased to see how reasonably priced and affordable the items were. I will definitely be returning again.

Associate helped me right away. She knew exactly what I needed and was quick and efficient. She also told me some info about my item while exchanging my item.

The associate who helped me was Hannah S. I visited the store while there was a limit to how many people could be inside because of COVID-19. The sales associates paid very close attention to how many people were going in and out and as soon as room became available, an associate would come to the door and let the next customer in and immediately help them with whatever they needed. I brought 3 charms with me I purchased online from a 3rd party authorized retailer and I brought them with me to verify the authenticity. The sales associate was very friendly and was able to verify the authenticity almost immediately. She helped me pick a new bangle for my charms and put the charms on the bangle for me so I could wear it out of the store. I had visited this location 2 years ago to buy my first bangle and 4 charms and didn’t like the experience because the two sales associates were very rude to myself and my fiancé but I decided to try this location again and Hannah S. was very friendly.
