My initial necklace and pendant was damaged and they were willing to replace it free of charge which was great. However, they did not have the exact same necklace and but I exchanged it for another one of more value without any issues. Thank you so much for assisting me!

The associates were polite and courteous. They also did a great job helping customers flow through the store safely. I was offered a cleaning for my jewelry at the store and the associate, Nadia, who assisted me was so helpful in locating jewelry I was looking for. She was friendly and charming. She offered the credit line to me and I accepted. She even upsold me to the cleaning kit with her knowledge of the product.

Very nice environment, the employees said hello when you enter and we’re ready to help you. I needed to exchange my bracelet and the lady was said that’s not a problem and I also needed a different charm. And she exchanged that out out with me paying the difference. I was pleased. Thank you
