The gentleman who helped was extremely kind. He was not pushing us to buy anything. He knew alot about the products. He knew exactly how to give us space while looking and was very presentable.

The salesperson explained why my new necklace and charm had tarnished. He cleaned it gave me a booklet on how to care for my Pandora purchases. I came in highly upset, he restored my faith and happiness in my Pandora purchase. I also explained how I had spend hundreds of dollars and couldn’t use my discount and he took care of that problem on the spot. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! HE IS THE SOLE REASON I WILL CONTINUE TO SHOP WITH PANDORA!!!!
