My husband and I entered the store and we were greeted immediately. Both sales associates were with customers. One of them told us we would be with us shortly. We did not have to wait to long. We told her what we were looking for and she showed us. She asked a lot of good questions to make sure she was giving us the best bracelet. She also sold us a charm.

She was kind and patient. When I discerned certain charms I was considering she knew which ones I was talking about and found them quick and easy. She was quick

Because even though I lost my bracelet I still went back the next day and still got stuff out of there I love love love that store

The sales rep janaya was excellent! She was polite and pleasant..she made you want to buy the whole tray.. lol

The sales associate Myranda was helpful. I had to go back to return the 20" bracelet the next day because I decided I'd like the 19" and also purchased another charm. Everyone was more than helpful.

I was able to tell the store associate my interests and the things that I like and she brought out multiple items that she thought I would be interested in and did a great job at suggesting items.

The wait wasn’t long someone assisted me right of way and knew that some of the charms I wanted was in or out of stock..

I was very satisfied with my experience because I only went in there with my sister so she can buy her gift set that you guys was running that day. In return this offer very nice so I decided to buy one as well and the sales lady Marissa was very very nice for the price that is promotion was it was hard to pass up

The associate the took care of me was awesome her name is Nadia K #177199. She informed on how to store my jelwery while not wearing it. Also took care of my damaged item.
