The sale associate "Hannah" was very patient, and offered a lot of help. The store was very clean. They did a good job trying to keep customers socially distanced.

I went to Pandora to exchange a bracelet that I had ordered online that was to small. There was a long line outside of the store in the mall. A young lady came to me and asked me what I was interested in doing in the store. When I told her I was exchanging the bracelet she pulled me from the long line and brought me up to her stand and took care of my issue right away. I was very pleased with her friendly service.
