I was highly satisfied with my visit because I went in looking for a replacement ring and I walked out with a fixed charm, new charm, cleaned bracelet, and two rings (that can be worn together or separate). The employees were very friendly an helpful. Clara G. was supper helpful when it came to helping me figure out exactly what kind of ring I wanted.

Nicholas S is the best, he's always have help my husband and I. My husband got his bracelet cleaned and accidentally left it there and Nick was so great that he actually brought it to our house. He really deserve a raise. He needs some kind of customer appreciation award, because if he was at your store we would go elsewhere.

My boyfriend and I went in today to get something special for valentine’s day. We were immediately greeted by Clara G and asked the occasion/ my ring size. She was so helpful and personable- I was laughing and smiling the whole time. In the end, I had tried on every ring that caught my eye and I commented that I could never find the daisy ring- all other stores were out of it in my size! She then immediately pulled out that ring in my size! She could remember prices off the top of her head (which in my opinion is so impressive given the sheer amount of rings) and she even taught me about stacking rings and gave me a few examples of pretty combinations.. I almost bought a second ring! She then fluidly checked us out and we were on our way, perfectly packed bag in hand. Wonderful experience.

There was an abundance of selections in the store. We ended up asking Clara for assistance in trying on a ring to go with my engagement ring, when that one didn’t work I asked to try on another one and she pulled my size rack out and put it in the show box so I could see all my options. She was very patience and understanding when trying to find the perfect ring. When I stated I didn’t like one she made suggestions and ended up telling me the one I found at the end was perfect! (I obviously agreed but I was nervous so she hyped me up and it helped so much). Such a great experience for my first time in the store and I will definitely be back!

Very friendly associates ready and willing to help. Clara went out of her way to show me the pieces I was looking for. Everyone was willing to help any and all customers who entered the store.

The wait line was not long. The service and friendless of the staff was amazing. I found exactly what I was looking for and I was very satisfied. I will definitely go back to that store.
