Everything was very easy to do, that I came to the store for this trip. I just needed to exchange /replace my snake chain bracelet because the clasp broke randomly when I was opening Mt bracelet to wear it. I called ahead & I was in & out in about 5 mins, only took that long because I was chatting wirh the sales girls.

The associates are very nice and patient and they go out of their way to make you satisfied.
