I came to the Pandora store with a specific charm in mind for my sister(it’s her birthday gift)that I thought would be available...but that charm wasn’t available..as I’m meeting my sister for dinner tonight at which time I’ll give her the gift..I settled for a different charm 😐because I didn’t have the time to go to another store.

Sales girl wrung up wrong bracelet which resulted in the return process. Took up time I did not except to have to spend in the store.

When I went into the store there was an overwhelming number of items to choose from . I was returning a bracelet that broken and they offered no help to fix my it or options . And I think the Jump from basic styles to flashy is a big leap nothing in between price wise
