The sales associate Charles J was the best, very PATIENT, kind and exceptionally professional. i came in the store to resolve a problem recieving the code for 10.00 off my next purchases from my recent visit to the store and previous purchases. Unfortunately it was not the store fault and i was told to contact customer service and see if they could help also it was pass the 7 day mark and I traveled from philadelphia to this store so I was very upset and decided not to purchase anything and leave this store but Charles made every effort to resolve my issue to make sure I was satisfied

I was really satisfied with my Pandora experience because Dayla P No. 239410 helped me get everything I wanted and needed. I was introduced with the Pandora jewelry care kit as well as the polishing cloth. I was definitely in need of it because I haven’t cared for the jewelry I have purchased almost 2 years ago. I was so excited to hear about the deal if you spend more than $100, you could get a free bracelet & I can’t wait to decorate my 2 new beautiful bracelets along with my other new jewelry pieces.
