It was very busy due to it being the day after Christmas but all of the associates did their best to please everyone that was there in a timely fashion

I understand that the holiday season is the busiest time of the year but being put on a list and not having text message capability was the biggest reason for my dissatisfaction. I had to wait around the store for an hour along with other shoppers in a cramped space and not really having room to even browse the selection. What is the point of the list if it still requires guest to wait around in the store??

I was dissatisfied with the amount of emails I’ve received today alone. I have received 30 emails asking me to rate my experience and I only did so so that I CAN COMPLAIN it is ridiculous.

I think that the charms are overpriced. I paid $110 for two charms that were smaller than a dime, that does not seem right.

The sales associate that assisted me was very friendly. She quickly showed me what I was looking for. There were several others thar just spoke amongst themselves and did not even notice I was standing there

I love pandora regardless of the price. I think they have a layaway plan specially for holiday time. Also to give the customer some type of coupon discount when they are the must valuable customers.
