When we walked in there someone did tell us to look around. That someone would be with us momentarily it seemed like that was forever. A lady finally came and assisted. She was friendly

Just because my mom and I did not select Highly Satisfied in this survey does not mean we were not satisfied with this visit. We both have Pandora bracelets and will be back to make another purchase to complete our set.

On a Saturday only 2 associates and the wait time was long. However, the associates were attentive and professional once waited on.

The initial sales report was not understanding of my concerns about potentially losing my bracelet because it keeps sliding and was not really willing to assist. I was told it was wear and tear🤔 However, my daughter has the same bracelet and it was noticeable that she does not wear it because of the same problem. Nicole the assistant manager was great with resolving my problem. Great customer service from her!!
