I spent over $600.00 on my visit and my sister spent $171 or more and I felt that based on my purchase and the fact that I am a returning customer that I spent enough to qualify for a third bracelet. The staff seem confused at one point; then said only one per customer. So before the transaction was processed against my credit card I said, can I split my order to receive the two bracelets for each $325.00 spent, again they looked at each other as confused and said one per customer.

I went in knowing what I wanted, but my associate was confusing in her explanation of the pieces that I was purchasing and it frustrated me a little and cost me more time than what I needed.

I really want to get the red metallic charm. I had spoken to one of the staff I would like to put it on hold until I came out work. I made a promise that I will come back to purchase it. The store was open yet for me to purchase at the moment. I work at the the mall Aerie. Didn't out until 4pm. But, I was able to purchase the same charm but different color.

I’m the last 2 days I personally spent around 450$ Between 2 locations. The one in Willow Grove PA and in Cherry Hill. The service I received in Cherry Hill was not welcoming and almost rude.
