Our sales associate Jessica was very knowledgeable and patient, and she helped steer me to a selection. It was Black Friday, and so busy! She never led me to feel rushed or pressured. The gentleman greeting us at the door took my name and I hardly waited a minute for a sales associate.

I walked in on a black Friday and did not have to wait. The associate was very polite and helped me with the items. I'm very pleased with the outcome of this visit.

I was at the Pandora Store in Cherry Hill NJ. The store was very crowded, but the sales help was very friendly and attentive. The only drawback is I wish your stores were bigger, to accomadate all the shoppers, especially during the holiday season. Looking forward to the Black Friday charm to add it to my growing collection.
