I initially went in to get my necklace cleaned. I had no desire to purchase anything, but as soon as I walked in, the display was screaming buy me buy me. I absolutely love how the bracelets are put together and displayed. I will forever be a Pandora girl.

Because the associate was very knowledgeable about what she was doing. She showed us lots of selections to choose from. And the transaction was easy.

The customer service was great. My Sales Rep explained everything. Sales rep had a awesome attitude.

When we walked in we were greeted immediately with smiles. The sales associate Laura knew exactly what I wanted and she put it together for me. The store Appearance was also very organized

I found everything that I was looking for. The asisten esa excellente.

My salesperson was a Michelle R no.122696 she was very helpful and patient as I changed my mind about 3 times. She smiled the whole time and just allowed me to choose my charms at my own pace. There was an incident where she asked an associate for help to run a check of my credit for a pandora card and the associate whose name I failed to get was rude and didn’t care that it showed on her face. That was extremely upsetting to me.

Staff was very friendly. Store was clean! Staff was very quick with servicing you as you walked into the store.

I love the product and never have any issues with my bracelets breaking or turning. I have purchased two for myself and one for my god daughter and step daughter. They make great sweet sixteen gifts. I will be buying myself a another bracelet and some charms soon!
