Non crowed clean store, friendly workers

I was greeted very well upon entering the store. I told the clerk what I was shopping for. She showed me the item I had mentioned, gave some ideas and took her time assisting me. With her assistance and expertise I made my purchase. I was given more ideas to enhance my purchase and also to think about with future purchases.

I love Pandora and the products and have always had great service there!!

The stuff are very nice and patient

The girl who looked after me was very friendly. I had been in the day before to purchase a safety chain and wasn't happy with the first one so I asked for a different kind and right away she had something different for me which I liked very much. She put them on my bracelet to let me see what they looked like. I was in and out within 5 mins I love the service I get when I go in the store.

Every time I have ever been at this store the sales staff have always been very helpful and friendly. I truly love Pandora jewelry exceptional quality and variety. The store is always clean and organized, great place to shop.

I was upset with a previous visit due to not having my concerns heard and dismissed. When I came in this evening Courtney resolved all my issues for my and was very helpful. If It was for her patience and customer service I don't think I would have ever returned back to the store.

The sales associate (Bev Maronese) provided exceptional service. She is very friendly and certainly knows the products available and new lines coming soon. She offered lots of suggestions but was never pushy (that always turns me right off) and let ME decide what worked best in my situation. I had wanted an item not in stock and she arranged to get one for me which I really appreciated.
