I was disappointed that the one necklace my daughter picked out of the catalogue wasn’t available. She prefers simple and the two heart necklace was perfect -but not available. Associate states that it was the one item that never came in. I looked online and couldn’t locate it either.

Clean organized and good customer service

Fantastic customer service. I had to call the store before open as I had to get to work. Mackenzie answered the phone & helped me even though the store was not yet open which was a huge help. I then came in to pick up the item I had called about & stopped in another 2 times to make an exchange. I dealt with Rachel who was super friendly & lovely to talk to. I also dealt with a brunette on the evening of the 16th who was noticeably interested in my concerns & made multiple suggestions to help me. We ended up talking about more than just jewellery. My 3 visits in the past week have all been pleasant experiences thanks to the delightful staff. What a lovely team.
