The store was so messy. And they didn't have much sale items. Also, the store was kind of dark.

I waited for the next available associate and I am sure I was noticed by the staff but they helped other people before me. But when the associate was available they did apologize.

The salesperson that was assisting me was quite rude. I was getting a ring for my girlfriend and narrowed down to two rings, when telling the associate to see them in order to pick one. She asked if I was purchasing the ring today cause if I wasn't she wouldn't bother getting out the ring in the specific size. Not impressed

I originally purchased 3 rings on Feb 10th. I clearly stated to the associate that I was out of town and asked if I could return them to any store. She said yes I could return them to my local store for a full refund. When I went to return it to my local store, they told me that they were unable to do the return and that I would have to drive hours out of my way to return it to the original store. I drove all the way out to the original store and the associates didn’t care that their associates had given false information about returns. Will never shop with the company as a whole anymore
