the associates were extremely helpful & friendly. they were willing to order me a larger size ring because they didn’t have one that i wanted at first in my size. but i ended up picking out one for my pinky finger anyway which fit perfect. they were extremely helpful. the rings seem very good quality & look beautiful

Josie was the associate at the Guelph Stine Road mall store I visited. She went above and beyond helping me to pick out the merchandise. She gave me several options. Listened to what I was looking for and was so patient. Even made recommendations and showed me several other options. Her patience, listening skills, knowledge and the whole experience was just amazing. Something you don’t get to experience these days. Thank you Josie for making my experience a fantastic one!!

The staff were very friendly, I was greeted right away. They asked open ended questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The store was clean and everything was very organized. It was a great experience!

Firstly, I love their adorable designs, and they come with the resonable price that people can easily reach out. It is really good for me in the financial aspect. In addition, their designs make me feel really good because them make me gorgeous and comfident. I would love to return to collect more their accessories!!

The cashiers were very helpfull and service was very fast. As it was a gift for someone, and I already knew what i need. The Transaction was done in less than 2 mins. I was amazed by the girls help. They were so polite and welcoming.
