The merchandise that I wanted wasn’t available anymore

Larissa b was great! I went looking for one thing and she helped me get exactly what I wanted.i walked out within 5 minutes of being helped however I waited 20 minutes to be served.

Everything was great. I wasn’t there long enough to form an opinion rating a highly satisfied. I will be more aware next time.

Sales associate provided all appropriate services but didn’t seem happy this morning.

I did not get to see a lot of options because I liked the one I bought after I saw only few ring options. I like what I have purchased and I am highly satisfied with the customer service, but I regretted afterwards because I didn't see all the options.

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Pandora. I was able to find my mom a gift for mothers day and treated myself as well. Only problem was they didnt have the bracelet size I need.

There were only 2 associates in store and being close to mother's day was very busy. The wait time was high. The display boxes were not full, thus charms for sale not easy to see. I found a book to look through to pick out a charm.

I went in for a specific charm however it has been retired so I needed to change my plan what I was buying for a gift and ended up spending more than I had planned. Other than that, everything was good.

sales rep was very helpful but most items were not in my price range. I had a budget of $75 and couldn't even get a bracelet for that.
