The Guelph location is by far my favourite Pandora to visit. The sales associates are always approachable and very friendly. The customer service at this location is absolutely amazing! The sales associate was very helpful and patient. We left smiling and excited with our purchases, we will definitely be returning to this location. Thank you for such a positive experience!

The sales associate was very helpful recommending different charms and ways to wear them on my bracelet. As a customer I was made to feel welcome and at no time did I feel rushed. The Pandora Store should be proud and value this employee who believes in the product and cares about her customers. In this day and age it is not always easy to find.

Limited selection in store for a lot of the sizes

Great place to shop for your friends and family. But would like to see more rose gold stud designs.

I was very satisfied with my experience the only thing that i find very time consuming is when they package/parcel the purchase. it just seems to take a bit of time.

The store staff was very slow to show us what we wanted. Not very efficient when looking for certain size bracelets neither. Not organized well at all.

Have to wait outside, totally understandable to maintain physical distance
