I visited the store with my friend last week. The staff was very nice and kind to us. And, we could buy items what we want, so we could feel a happy.

The sales associate was very friendly and made some excellent suggestions on putting the right charms together. I was replacing an entire bracelet that had been stolen. The clerk quickly found the various charms and spent all the time I needed to make it a great purchasing experience.

I was highly satisfied with the visit at the Pandora location in Guelph. Each associate knew exactly where everything was as well they accommodated me with each question I had. Just over a year ago I have had interest in Pandora products and got my mom loving them too. I go to Guelph university and I will defiantly be returning to this location again and recommending it!

The store employee Claire was extremely helpful and came over right away to greet us apon arrival in the store, she was highly knowledgeable of the products and answered every question we had. Very likely to recommend this store, great products!

The sales associate I dealt with, Steffi, was very friendly and so helpful. She knew exactly what she was doing and where to look. She was very personable and relatable.

Katherine the sales associate was so helpful with suggestions and eagerness to please. The combinations of items to choose from was a wide variety. I didn't have my receipt with me, but she was able to look it up without any confusion and I felt totally well looked after.

I was able to exchange the gift my boyfriend got me for the item I actually wanted.

I was greeted right away by a friendly sales clerk, no waiting at all. She was able to help with my questions and was as pleased to help me as I was happy to have found what I had been looking for since Oct.
